A metasurface is a planar structure that can be utilized to manipulate the amplitude, phase, and polarization of light on subwavelength scale. Although variety functional optical devices based have been proposed, simultaneous transmission different types polarized waves has rarely reported. The with plays an important role in fields wavelength division multiplexing, quantum cryptography, computing. simulated results this work demonstrate independent manipulation transmitted realized by designed all-dielectric metasurface, simultaneously generated. In addition, responses under orthogonal circularly wave incidences generated metasurface. proposed method provides potential applications for development integrated information design systems chip.
